CHMR-FM is Memorial’s campus radio station, provided by your Students’ Union. With a wide variety of shows, ranging from all different genres of music to news and talk shows, CHMR (located at 93.5 FM) is an excellent alternative to the many Top 40 stations on your radio dial.
As part of the media levy paid by all undergraduate students at Memorial, any undergraduate student can get a start in the media business.
Start your radio show: Any undergraduate student can start a program for free on CHMR. All it takes is a training session and an idea, and you can be on your way to your own radio show.
Start your online podcast: Any undergraduate student can start an online podcast using the needed equipment at the CHMR station.
