I Love Me NL

The ILMCampaign-NL club is a subset of the ILMCampaign. This club will focus on some of the same principles applying the skills surrounding self-care and self-love to all undergrad students, and aims to work with community organizations to help start conversations and engage in self-love promoting skills.

The research in self-love says that young people do not have the language or the understanding of what self-love is. By teaching these concepts through interactive booths and events we will be educating and supporting MUN undergrad students. “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” and ILM focuses on building a strong self-love/self-care foundation for students during stressful times to help prevent low self-esteem and subsequent issues.
