I'm Rachel (pronouns: she/they) and I'm a Political Science & English student going into my fourth year at MUN! This year, I'm MUNSU's Queer Students' Representative, and I am committed to listening and learning from the diverse student community at MUNL to advocate for the best interests of students. During a time of rising queerphobia and anti-trans disinformation, I am dedicated to providing a safe space for queer & gender-diverse students to share their concerns and their ideas to improve queer safety & belonging at MUNL.

I believe strongly in promoting an intersectional understanding of student issues, and strive to advocate for climate & racial justice, decolonizing education, and improving education accessibility for students of diverse backgrounds.
