We have a permanent liquor license. Any alcohol must be purchased from The Breezeway; please contact us for any special requests.
This is a fully accessible space with an outdoor patio, gender-neutral washroom, staffed coat check, wireless mics and upgraded audio/visual technology.
CAPACITY: 350 with the regular layout. Can accommodate larger crowds by relocating furniture. Please get in touch with us for details.
Deposit requirements: A signed rental agreement and a non-refundable deposit of 25% or a lump sum, whichever is higher, depending on the package price, are required to secure your date.
Cancellation policy: The booking deposit is nonrefundable. When cancelling the event, two weeks before, 50% of the contracted event cost must be paid; within one week, 75% of the contracted event cost must be paid; and 48 hours before, 100% of the contracted event cost must be paid.
