Apply for your club/society to request an office on the 6th Floor, University Centre. Allocations done only once annually. Eligible for MUNSU Ratified groups only.Apply!
A club or society is a group formed from interest in the areas of academics, politics, recreation, culture or leisure. Anyone can be a member of a club or society, whether you’re a student, faculty, staff or alumni of Memorial University.

Can’t find what ignites your fire? Start up your own group with some friends! The process is simple. Once you have the basics, you can Apply for Recognition HERE.
After two (2) semesters of recognition your club or society can then apply for ratification as a fully fledged presence on campus!
Students & groups can book rooms and equipment for events.

Provide: (group) name, date, time duration, type of event, contact number and email address.

For any off-campus event (yes – even if the venue has their own insurance) be sure to contact our Operations Coordinator in advance to secure insurance and documentation; The Process can take up to 30 days to complete as there is correspondence through Service NL.
