A Woman's Place is in Her Students' Union

The Canadian Federation of Students developed this campaign to encourage women to take leadership roles in their students' unions. The MUN Students' Union and the Graduate Students' Union have formed a joint Women's Committee to undertake the campaign and to promote women's equality issues.

The Women's Committee is open to all women students at Memorial. Its first meeting of the fall semester will be scheduled soon so keep checking back. If you're interested in joining the Committee or just learning more about its work, contact MUNSU Women's Representative Ashley Gosse by email, or drop by the Students' Union office on the 2nd floor of the University Centre.
